4. Reimbursement Policy

This section outlines eligibility and procedures for reimbursement of amounts paid for services, information products, and goods.

4.1 Services

If a service engagement is canceled up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date, a full reimbursement of fees will be processed within 14 calendar days after we receive the cancellation notice. Reimbursement will be made via the original payment channel. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the start, a 50% fee is retained to cover preparatory activities. Emergency or expedited legal representations are non-reimbursable due to immediate allocation of professional resources.

4.2 Information Products

Purchasers may request a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days from the purchase date, provided the digital materials have not been accessed or downloaded. Requests must be submitted via contact us. Approved reimbursements are processed within 10 calendar days through the original payment channel. Accessed materials are ineligible for reimbursement due to instant delivery.

4.3 Tangible Goods

Clients may seek reimbursement for goods that are defective or damaged upon delivery. A request must be submitted within 5 calendar days of receipt, including photographic evidence. Upon our confirmation, the item must be sent back in its original condition. Following inspection, a reimbursement will be issued within 14 calendar days via the original payment channel. Shipping expenses for sending items back are the client’s responsibility.

5. Scheduling Changes

Clients may reschedule service appointments up to 48 hours before the agreed date at no extra cost. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may incur additional charges due to logistical adjustments.

6. Amendments

FlatOLaw reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes by posting updates on FlatOLaw.top.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Delhi, India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
